Heidi studied Experimental Psychology at the University of Sussex. She spent 6 years working for a specialist CRO providing cognitive testing for the pharmaceutical industry and academia worldwide, firstly as a Research Associate and then as the Operations Manager for the UK and North American offices. In 2010 she joined the Research and Development department at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust as the Commercial Research Manager focusing on delivering the industry sponsored portfolio across the University/Hospital partnership. She became acting as Head of R&D in 2011 taking over the academic and governance oversight of the Trust’s research activity. Her last post was as Assistant Director of R&D leading research strategy and successfully guiding the Trust through an MHRA inspection. Heidi joined the EpiGen Consortium in 2014 as Clinical Trial Operations Director. Her remit is to successfully deliver the global operations and governance of the NiPPeR trial.
